Stefanie Nelson Dancegroup is proud to join AHRC New York City’s inaugural Moving Together for Change Walk, a community event celebrating inclusion, connection, and the power of coming together through movement.
As a longtime partner of AHRC NYC through Everyone Dance, SND will bring our shared commitment to accessible dance and community connection to the morning’s festivities.
The event will feature an Everyone Dance performance and follow-along led by longtime AHRC NYC partner and teaching artist Kareem Harris, inviting participants of all abilities to move, dance, and celebrate together.
The Moving Together for Change Walk brings together people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, friends, supporters, staff, and neighbors to raise awareness and funds for programs that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New York City.
